Job Summary
In-charge of multiple stores throughout a large physical area. Area Managers determine the operational practices of all stores in the area, making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, complies with company standards and meets budget and sales goals.
- Setting sales targets
- Maximizing sales and profitability
- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
- Driving team performance
- Controlling the training and development of your staff
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing etc.
- With Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage but not required
- With experience in handling store operations such as inventory management, and sales report
- Willing to travel for branch visits
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor
At least 3-5 years experience in retail industry as an Area Manager
Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
