We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent. You will play a key role in building our team by hiring Web Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, UX/UI Designers, and other positions essential to the company's success.

This position requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and committed to finding quality candidates who not only meet technical requirements but are also a strong fit for the company's culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Evaluate applicants based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and management.
  • Maintain recruitment records and reports.
  • Perform other HR or recruitment-related tasks as may be assigned by the Managing Director/Operations Manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment. Experience in technical recruitment (web developers, QA, DevOps, or IT-related roles) is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requirements at once.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Matina Crossing, Davao City.
