Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels for open positions.
  • Call-Out & Screen: Reach out to potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess fit.
  • Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely process.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand recruitment needs and deliver a qualified shortlist.
  • Facilitate Client Interviews: Manage logistics to ensure seamless client interviews.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact through final outcome.
  • Database Management: Keep an up-to-date, accurate candidate database that is easy to access.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipelines, and relevant metrics to HR or management.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience in the BPO industry.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit for BPO roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage candidates effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; comfortable handling multiple processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of call center operations is a plus.

  • Experience with high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
