Remarkablism Services Corporation is looking for a dedicated and experienced recruiter who will be joining our team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted searches to find candidates with the right skills and qualifications for open positions.
  • Knowledge on sourcing strategies on social media and specialized professional websites like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge on applicant tracking systems
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to candidates throughout the sourcing process.
  • Acting as a point of contact between hiring managers and candidates
  • End to end recruiting process coordination and assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

  • Knowledge on sourcing strategies on social media and specialized professional websites like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge on applicant tracking systems
  • Practical knowledge of the employment boards like Monster and Indeed
  • Screened candidates profiles and job applications
  • Has a excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite/office-based
