We're currently seeking a Caregiver Recruitment Specialist to join our team remotely from the Davao Region in the Philippines. This role reports directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources and plays a key role in expanding our caregiver team to meet the growing demand for high-quality homecare.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the initial stages of the hiring process, from sourcing and posting jobs to screening and coordinating interviews. You'll collaborate with our local U.S. team to target specific areas and identify the right candidates to join our mission.

If you're a people person with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), comfortable on the phone, and passionate about making a difference, you might be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post caregiver job openings on U.S.-based job boards and career platforms
  • Collaborate with the U.S. HR team to understand staffing needs and targeted locations
  • Manage and monitor job post performance, including budget deployment.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate initial candidate qualifications
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews via phone or video call
  • Maintain communication with both existing caregivers and prospective hires
  • Complete all pre-hiring requirements in a timely and organized manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews
  • Previous recruitment experience for U.S.-based roles

Nice to Have:

  • Experience posting jobs on U.S. platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Background in homecare or experience working with caregivers
