
Business Development Executive – Retail Partnerships

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Executive who has strong, existing relationships with key decision-makers at Mercury Drugstore and Watsons. The primary role will be to successfully introduce and place our products into these retail chains, secure favorable agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage existing connections within Mercury Drugstore and Watsons to introduce and promote our products.
Arrange and attend meetings with category buyers, procurement teams, and relevant decision-makers.
Negotiate product listing agreements, pricing, and promotions to ensure maximum brand exposure.
Coordinate the submission of product documents, samples, and marketing materials for listing approval.
Maintain ongoing relationships with buyers to ensure sustained product visibility and reorder opportunities.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to help shape the retail strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully listing products in Mercury Drugstore and/or Watsons.
Established network of contacts within these organizations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Understanding of retail distribution, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
Preferably with experience in pharmaceuticals, supplements, cosmetics, or FMCG.
Compensation:
