Responsibilities:

  • Data entry in the PlanSight system including plan, review, plan updates, plan certification, and quality control of data outputs.
  • Pull carrier information from various portals and save documents to designated SharePoint folders.
  • Maintenance and updating of proposal templated including plan master templates.
  • Document and maintain SOPs for all core tasks.
  • Assist in Data clean up upon system updates, additions of new plans, or expansion of systems use across additional segments within Hilb New England.
  • Further data maintenance in connected platforms such as benchmarking tools, benefit guide templates, and BenefitPoint (where applicable).
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate updates.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Benefits administration or healthcare data management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); strong excel skills required.
  • Ability to learn and navigate platform like Plansight quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience developing SOPs.

Working Conditions

  • Work Setup: Fully remote (work-from-home)
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 mbps download and 25 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No satellite
  • Schedule: Must be physically able and willing to work during U.S. business hours (night shift as applicable)
