We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves recording a high volume of invoices on a monthly basis and requires excellent Excel skills, focus, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Record 1,000–1,200 incoming and outgoing invoices per month
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Excel
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Handle repetitive tasks with care and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
  • Prior experience in data entry, accounting support, or finance preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Reliable internet connection

Preferred Location

  • Candidates based in India or the Philippines
