Work Set-up: REMOTE

Work Schedule: 8AM – 5PM MST (11PM – 8AM Philippine Time)

Work Type: FULL TIME

JOB SUMMARY:

Is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic, data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities combined with advanced presentation and design skills. The ideal candidate can identify patterns, trends, and insights within complex datasets and transform them into compelling visual narratives that clearly communicate business implications.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Processing

  • Collect, clean, and process large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through validation and data cleaning procedures.
  • Perform quantitative and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and correlations.

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel and Sigma Computing.
  • Design high-quality charts, graphs, and visual summaries that simplify complex information.

Presentation & Design

  • Apply data-driven storytelling techniques to communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Build advanced PowerPoint presentations, ensuring strong visual hierarchy, consistency, and functionality.
  • Develop strategic one-pagers, infographics, and executive-level visual summaries.
  • Use Canva to design brand-aligned content for reporting and communication purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistical Engineering, Business Data Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • Analytical and data-driven professional skilled in interpreting data, understanding KPIs, and creating impactful dashboards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and Sigma dashboards.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to create templates, advanced chart designs, and high-impact presentations.
  • Proficiency with Canva for producing visually consistent and creative materials.

Soft Skills:

  • • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
