About the Role

Drive the HR strategy that enables our people to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will lead recruitment, engagement, and compliance initiatives that support operational excellence.

Experience & Skills

·
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field

·
• 5+ years of solid HR experience with strong exposure to all HR facets

·
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, able to work with a range of employees, and drives collective and proactive decision-making

Key Responsibilities

·
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent development programs

·
• Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and training initiatives

·
• Manage compensation, benefits administration, and HR records

·
• Ensure DOLE compliance and labor law alignment, including managing, negotiating, and executing Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)

·
• Continuously enhance HR policies and processes based on market standards and business needs
