HR Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client; a rapidly expanding financing company affiliated with a well-established Savings Bank and Motortrade—the largest motorcycle dealer in the Philippines. They are seeking a highly capable and well-rounded HR Manager to lead their HR Department and drive organization-wide people strategies.

The Opportunity

Join a company with nationwide operations and over 2,000 employees. As HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions and play a key role in strengthening culture, capability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily HR operations across recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation/benefits, and organizational development
  • Champion annual manpower planning and drive strategic talent sourcing efforts

    Manage salary reviews, offer negotiations, and HR documentation
  • Review and develop HR policies; ensure effective communication of guidelines and Code of Conduct
  • Provide sound judgment on employee relations, discipline, and compliance
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for Board-level meetings
  • Organize training activities and engagement programs that build a strong and positive work culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology , Business Administration or a related field. HR Certifications are a plus
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the human resource department and 3 years as an HR Head/ Manager
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to implement HR Strategies in a rapidly growing organization
  • Broad HR generalist background with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experienced in recruitment, policy-making, engagement programs, and compensation practices
  • Capable of handling HR operations at scale (2,000+ employees nationwide)
  • Proactive, organized, and able to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (compressed) onsite

Salary Range: Php 80, ,000.00

With Guaranteed 14th Month Pay
