About the role

Autoglass.Ph., Inc' is seeking a dedicated Management Information System Inventory Staff to join our growing team in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position, responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our inventory and warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our proprietary management information system
  • Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities to optimise inventory to meet customer demands
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Generate comprehensive reports on inventory metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address inventory-related issues and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and support to warehouse staff on inventory management best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in an inventory management or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or warehousing industry
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory management principles, practices, and data analysis
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
