Monitoring and Maintaining Inventory:

  • Tracks inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Ensures accurate inventory records and data.
  • Identifies and resolves discrepancies in inventory.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Oversees warehouse staff and processes.
  • Ensure efficient storage and handling inventory.
  • Coordinates with other brands, such as production and sales

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Uses data and software to track inventory and reorder stock.

  • Analyzes sales statistics, trends and forecasts to optimize inventory levels.

  • Responsible for procuring materials and services for the company

  • Maintain harmonious business relations with suppliers and vendors
  • Processes all purchasing documents and coordinates with Purchasing Manager regularly regarding status
  • Check and coordinates inventory of warehouse stocks and ensures re-order as necessary by Warehouse Department
  • Ensures competent quality execution of all purchasing duties and procedures.

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate of any business course
  • With at least 4 years of experience handling the same position in Retail, F&B or Hotel Industry
  • Knowledgeable in SAP an advantage
  • With high regard on details
  • Good planning and negotiation skills
  • Ability to review, analyze, and differentiate detailed vendor and services provider specifications
  • Can work in fast-paced environment
  • Can start immediately
