National Inventory Controller

Primary Objective:

Serves as the lead point of coordination between regional warehouses, head office warehouse & stakeholders and procurement, ensuring smooth flow of communication, accurate reporting, and alignment on warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the main liaison between central management and regional warehouse personnel.
  • Cascade company directives, policies, and updates to all assigned regional warehouses.
  • Facilitate timely feedback from warehouses to head office.

Warehouse Operations Support

  • Monitor warehouse performance, capacity, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure alignment with SOPs for receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory processes.
  • Provide guidance to warehousemen and regional staff on operational concerns.

Planning & Scheduling

  • Oversee deployment items and transfer schedules across regions.
  • Coordinate truck dispatching and logistics planning in line with regional warehouse capacity.
  • Anticipate operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

Inventory Management & Reporting

  • Consolidate and validate inventory reports from all regional warehouses.
  • Track and reconcile variances, escalate discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure timely updates in the system (e.g., IMPOSM) to maintain accuracy of stock records.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Serve as first-level escalation for operational challenges in regional warehouses.
  • Coordinate with external, internal and other partners to resolve issues on VGR, IWRF, EWRF, and disposal workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and system-oriented workflows.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple warehouse operations simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
