About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to join our team at THE OBAGI SKIN HEALTH, INC.' (HOO Dermatology). This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records of all products in inventory and on order.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor and maintains current inventory levels.
  • Performs physical count of inventory and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Receives and unpacks all deliveries of the assigned branch.
  • Performs routine clerical duties
  • Manage and update inventory records in our system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in an inventory or stock management role, ideally within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong Desire to serve others
  • Proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen interest in the Retail & Consumer Products industry and passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
