About the role

TENDER LOVER FOOD CORPORATION' is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for accurately managing and maintaining our warehouse inventory to support the efficient distribution of our products.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Process incoming and outgoing stock movements, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing and despatch
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in the inventory data
  • Assist in stock rotation and the organisation of the warehouse
  • Participate in the implementation of inventory control processes and procedures
  • Provide support to the wider supply chain and logistics team as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in an inventory or warehousing role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment and follow standard operating procedures
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills to handle inventory queries and discrepancies
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
