To ensure accurate monitoring, documentation, and control of all company inventories across warehouses and branches, maintaining proper stock levels and minimizing discrepancies or losses.

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts.
  • Record and reconcile inventory movements (incoming, outgoing, transfers, returns).
  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory records in the system.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Prepare inventory reports and submit to immediate superior.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all inventory documents (Delivery Receipts, Pull-out Slips, Return Slips, etc.).
  • Report inventory variances, damages, and discrepancies promptly.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel for incoming/outgoing item verification.
  • Coordinate with accounting for reconciliation of inventory balances.
  • Assist in periodic audits conducted by Accounting or Compliance.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures related to inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas.
  • Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all stocks.
  • Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
