About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Document Controller & Processor to join our dynamic team at First Ambassador Logistics Solutions, Inc. in Cupang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and documentation.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and maintain accurate financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and other accounting records
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to collect and verify financial information
  • Ensure timely and compliant filing and storage of all financial documents
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounts payable or finance document control role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A keen interest in continuous learning and process improvement
