Job Description:

Balance Sheet and Reconciliations:

  • Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Month-end Closing Oversight, Accruals/Provisions/Documentation:

  • Oversee month-end closing activities, including proper recognition of accruals and provisions, and maintain detailed documentation.

Controls and Compliance/Risk Management (ERM):

  • Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks effectively, utilizing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles.

Statutory and Tax Governance (BIR, SEC, BOC):

  • Manage statutory and tax compliance requirements with relevant government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Bureau of Customs (BOC).

Audits (Internal, External) Full Statutory Financial Audits:

  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with statutory financial audit standards.

Policies, TOA Updates, Contracts Review and Oversight:

  • Develop and update financial policies, review contracts for financial implications, and provide oversight to ensure adherence to terms of agreements.

NWC and Cash Management – AP, Inventory, Overall WC:

  • Manage working capital by overseeing accounts payable, inventory, and overall cash management activities.

CM OpEx Tracking and CBSI Charging:

  • Track operating expenses within cost centers and ensure accurate allocation through Chargeback Service Invoice (CBSI) charging mechanisms.

CMIP Charge-outs to Other Affiliates (Interco, IL, CBSI, etc.):

  • Facilitate charge-outs of Cost Management Improvement Program (CMIP) expenses to other affiliates, including intercompany transactions and intra-location charges.

FX Forecasting and Analysis

  • Conduct foreign exchange (FX) forecasting and analysis to manage currency risks and optimize financial performance.

FS Review:

  • Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.

Enabler Group Support (Marketing A&P, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, OMD):

  • Provide financial support and guidance to various business functions including Marketing Advertising & Promotion (A&P), Human Resources (HR), Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations Management & Development (OMD).
