About the Role

The
Senior Finance Analyst
will play a key role in establishing and delivering high-quality finance support services within AAT's new Global Services Centre (GSC) in Manila. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting across AAT's global entities, while also driving process improvements and laying the groundwork for future system integrations. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with both in-country teams and senior leadership to strengthen finance operations globally.

Responsibilities

  • Own month-end close execution and review for assigned entities
  • Prepare/review balance sheet schedules, and deliver timely reporting
  • Assist the GFC to consolidate reports across entities and prepare management variance analysis.
  • Support cash flow and working capital reporting at both entity and group levels.
  • Document finance processes and update checklists and DTPs for finance activities.
  • Partner with country teams to align on requirements and deadlines.
  • Assist with audit and compliance requirements across entities.
  • Support process improvement and lay groundwork for future system integrations.
  • Work closely with the Group Financial Controller and the CFO to build and stabilize the Manila GSC.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA/ CA designation.
  • Experience: 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, Big 4 / consultancy experience is mandatory.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in accounting (e.g. CPA, CA) are preferable.
