Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager to be one of our team members to establish the new legal entity in the Philippines, and to lead and oversee the central functions department.

Your responsibilities

  • To be a key person who is involved and assists in coordinating the establishment of the legal entity process in the Philippines.
  • Managing, leading and monitoring of the central functions department.
  • Managing, leading and monitoring the company's financial accounting, reporting and control activities. These also include bank reconciliation, month-end reconciliation, and other relevant processes to ensure an accurate and timely completion of all monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
  • Preparing of financial reports for KHS Head office and Salzgitter according to their requirements and timeline.
  • Managing, leading and monitoring finance operation processes such as invoicing, preparing payments by verifying documentation and remittance preparation, entry booking in accounting software, etc.
  • Managing overall responsibilities / accountabilities for local tax areas. Prepare and oversee

    the accurate and timely preparation and filing of local tax returns to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends. Managing collection and payment to internal and external parties.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Responsible for HR matters. These also include travel allowance and payroll preparation, managing and monitoring all insurance policies and associated claims.
  • Liaising and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, statutory organizations, etc.
  • Internal Control - ensure that proper internal controls are in place and monitor that control activities are operated effectively.
  • Any ad hoc as per required.

Your Profile

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting and/or related fields. CPA or equivalent is preferred.

· years of experience in finance and accounting management.

· Proactive and have a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Drive capability / career development of own self.

· Result-orientated and structured in your manner of working

· Good team leader and team player, capable to build solid relationship and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

· Fluent in both written and spoken in English.
