QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent.
  • With at least 10 years Managerial experience in general accounting/payroll for construction industry
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and make decisive management decisions under pressure
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Management and Collaboration

  • Supervising and guiding a team of payroll specialists or timekeepers, if applicable.
  • Collaborating with other departments like HR and accounting to address payroll-related issues and ensure accurate reporting.

Payroll Processing

  • Calculating wages, salaries, and other compensation based on timekeeping data and company policies.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payment to subcontractors, potentially through various methods like direct deposit or check.

Timekeeping Data Collection

  • Ensuring accurate and complete time records are submitted by subcontractors, potentially through various systems like timesheets, time clocks, or online platforms.
  • Verifying the accuracy of submitted data and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Managing and processing any necessary adjustments or corrections to timekeeping records.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
