Quanta Philippines is seeking a Service and Billing Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is a customer-centric mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve billing related issues efficiently.

About the Role

The Service and Billing Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries, ensuring seamless and positive experience. This role acts as a bridge between operations, finance and customer service, requiring strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve billing related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Account & Billing Management

  • Manage client accounts, including creation and maintenance of billing records.
  • Ensure billing accuracy through contract review and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Generate manual invoices for non-standard billing and bulk uploads.
  • Resolve discrepancies between systems, contracts, and invoices.
  • Support month-end close activities and participate in special projects.

Customer Support & Coordination

  • Work with internal and external customers to resolve billing and connectivity issues.
  • Gather requirements, validate service availability, and recommend solutions.

ISP & Connectivity Management

  • Research and recommend ISPs for various locations, including fixed-line, wireless, and satellite options.
  • Analyze service offerings (speed, reliability, cost, contract terms) to identify best-fit providers.
  • Assist with RFPs, procurement, and contract reviews.
  • Track and manage ISP service orders, installations, renewals, and disconnects.
  • Monitor ISP performance and escalate issues to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Troubleshoot ISP-related issues and coordinate with providers for resolution.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting ISP costs.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records and inventories of ISP accounts, circuits, and contracts.
  • Document processes and prepare reports for leadership and ad hoc requests.
  • Stay informed about emerging ISP technologies and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in telecom, IT, vendor management, or network operations preferred.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate multiple ISP options.
  • Familiarity with network concepts (bandwidth, latency, IP addressing).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal customers and external vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and collaboration tools
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Work sponsorship available for suitable candidates without Australian work rights
