About the Role

Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for management of company revenue and accruals in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transactions and reversals thereof.

What you'll do:

A) Revenue Management & Recognition

  • Ensure the accurate and timely recording and analysis of revenue and accruals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, etc.) to resolve complex revenue and accrual issues.
  • Prepare monthly revenue schedules, supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

B) Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

  • Monitor AR aging.
  • Analyze and report AR performance.

C) Financial Close & Reconciliation

  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual
    intercompany reconciliation
    , ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing tasks related to revenue, receivables, and accruals.
  • Coordinate with Accounting for journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

D) Audit Support & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain audit-ready revenue and AR schedules.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the pull-out of supporting documents required by external and internal auditors.
  • Address audit inquiries and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.

E) Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and analyze AR and revenue reports for Finance Management.
  • Provide insights and trends on billing, revenue performance, and collections to support strategic decisions.
  • Support revenue forecasting inputs as needed.

F) Team Leadership & Development

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate billing and AR staff to ensure high performance and continuous development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and process improvement within the team.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance billing efficiency, collections effectiveness, and revenue tracking.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Being CPA is a plus
  • With at least 4 years of supervisory experience in finance or accounting
  • Possesses a basic understanding of collections practices and principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, enabling effective data management and analysis.
  • With experience in SAP or any similar systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Willing to assign in Ugong, Pasig City
