Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and organize AR records, invoices, official receipts, and related financial documents for proper filing and easy retrieval.

· Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.

· Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments and proper application of receipts.

· Coordinate with clients, Sales, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and gather supporting documents.

· Track and follow up on outstanding receivables, ensuring collections are made within credit terms.

· Handle AR-related correspondence and provide timely responses to client payment inquiries.

· Assist in reconciling customer accounts and preparing aging reports for review.

· Generate and submit a weekly Accounts Receivable Collection Report to Accounting Supervisor, highlighting collected amounts.

· Update and manage collectibles in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely posting of invoices, payments, and adjustments.

· Analyze and strategize on problematic or overdue accounts, recommending collection actions or adjustments to minimize uncollectible receivables.

· Support month-end and year-end closing by providing accurate AR schedules and documentation.

· Maintain accurate records of billing, collections, adjustments, and client communications for audit and analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

· At least 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting preferred.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (especially Excel).

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
