Position: Accounts Receivable

Your role

As a Accounts Receivable , you will:

- Accounts receivable for AU and NZ
- Coding incoming customer deposits, allocating customer payments in pronto
- Debtor management and control
- Updating customer details and reconciling accounts when required
- Collection activities including phone calls
- Review/release orders from credit hold
- Managing the accounts receivable inbox
- Performing bad debt write-offs as instructed
- Generating collection letters and customer statements
- Logging customer disputes and liaising with internal stakeholders for resolutions

What You Need:

  • 2+ years in accounts receivable
  • Degree in business/accounting
  • Experience with pronto is desired but not required if the person understands the accounts receivable process
