Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing details with sales orders, contracts, or service agreements.
- nsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Prepare regular aging reports, collection status, and cash receipts reports.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with clients for payment settlement.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding account status.
- Record and apply payments received in the accounting system.
