Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Training and Development to join a growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in instructional design or corporate training—particularly in fast-paced, high-volume environments such as BPOs or large multinational companies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs tailored to the needs of both internal teams and external clients. Trainers may be deployed on-site for client implementations and will return to develop in-house training aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for various teams and departments
  • Conduct training needs assessments and create customized learning solutions
  • Facilitate training sessions in group settings, both in-person and virtually
  • Deploy to client sites for training implementation and return to support internal capability-building
  • Collaborate with team leaders and department heads to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with business goals
  • Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data
  • Support the onboarding and continuous development of new hires and existing employees
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or talent development roles
  • Experience working in BPO, shared services, or large multinational companies is strongly preferred
  • Background in managing or delivering training in fast-paced and high-volume environments
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism, with an understanding of American corporate culture

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or relevant L&D tools/platforms
  • Experience with e-learning software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, LMS platforms)
  • Flexibility to travel for client-facing implementations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
