
Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary:
The Human Resources (Learning & Development) Specialist will provide human resources support to a various HR-related processes, employee relations with our local Cebu team, and on-going HR-related projects. As a member of our team, you will drive the development and execution of communications and branding for our People programs, Services, Learning & Development and more. Additionally, you will be an organized self-starter who can develop and maintain project plans & schedules and partner in the analysis and documentation of programs, policies and practices
Job Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, effective, and scalable training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids tailored to business needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the implementation of training programs across various departments and locations.
- Use assessment tools, feedback surveys, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of training programs.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, and Department Leads to align learning initiatives with business goals and workforce development strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar HR role, with proven success in designing, developing, and implementing training programs
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training to diverse audiences, including internal employees, external clients, and/or customers
- Experience in creating both instructor-led and e-learning content using tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- Proficient in using a Learning Management System (LMS) for course deployment, tracking, and reporting
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement feedback to improve learning outcomes
This is a HYBRID set up and MID SHIFT schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
