About the role

Abenson Ventures, Inc.' is seeking an experienced HR - Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our comprehensive training and development programs to support the growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess training needs and design, develop, and deliver effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutions
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives, making improvements as needed
  • Manage the training budget and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our employees
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development
  • Maintain training records and generate reports to track progress and measure the impact of training programs

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a training and development role, preferably in the Human Resources or Learning & Development field
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in needs assessment, program development, and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices related to training and development
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field

  • Experience delivering technical training programmes across any technical field, particularly for technicians, installers and drivers
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms for programme design, development and delivery
