Summary:

The Administrative Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role handles documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and coordination tasks while supporting management and staff in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
  • Support HR and other departments in administrative tasks when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently.
