JOB ROLE

The HR and Admin Officer is responsible in implementing the company's administrative and HR processes, including maintaining employee records, recruitment and onboarding, ensuring accurate timekeeping and benefits administration, and supporting compliance with labor laws and company policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • TALENT ACQUISITION
  • Assist and facilitate sourcing for manpower needs.
  • Assist the team in creating and publishing job vacancies through internal and external advertisement.
  • DEPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT and ON-BOARDING
  • Manage and collate pre-employment requirements of candidates. Ensure completeness.
  • Process LOA for pre-employment medical examination and coordinate with the accredited clinic on the medical results of the candidates.
  • DATABASE and RECORDS MANAGEMENT
  • Prepare 201 file for the newly hired employees.
  • Monitor all new hire employees with lacking of pre-employment requirements.
  • Scan all the documents and send to HR Specialist for Sprout creation. Enroll employees in the HRIS.
  • Coordinate with HR Admin for employment ID processing.
  • TIMEKEEPING and BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
  • Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves and other transactions of all employees by observing the timekeeping and payroll calendar. Prepare monthly salary sheets that include all adjustments based on leaves, overtime, bonuses, commissions, or any other factors. Review payroll deductions
  • Assists with payroll functions including time keeping processing, answering employee questions, resolving issues on timekeeping, compensation, and benefits, and distributing (final) checks.
  • EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
  • Ensure that the Company is compliant with the General Labor Standards (GLS) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), as well as other labor laws and issuances.
  • Assists the stores on DOLE Inspections, including coordination with different departments for required documents/data and consolidates them for orderly submission to the regulatory body.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources management courses is required.
  • Minimum of 1 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Attentive with high level of service orientation.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
