About the role
YWA Human Resource Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and offers a competitive salary of up to P29,500 without the need for a final interview.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone interactions
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Identifying and escalating complex customer concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Continuously improving customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities for process improvements
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer scenarios
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
