About the role

YWA Human Resource Corporation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and offers a competitive salary of up to P29,500 without the need for a final interview.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone interactions
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  4. Identifying and escalating complex customer concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor
  5. Continuously improving customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer scenarios
  3. Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
