About the role
Join the dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a fulltime CUSTOMER SERVICE- ORDERING VOICE ACCOUNT in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this role, you will be the front-line voice for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound calls from customers efficiently and professionally
- Process orders and provide accurate information to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Identify and escalate any complex or sensitive customer concerns
- Actively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- AT LEAST HS/SHS GRAD
- WITH 6MOS. BPO WITH UPSELLING OR SALES RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE in a customer service or call centre environment
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
