Join us as an Onsite Customer Service Representative in Cagayan de Oro (CDO) This is a critical, full-time, office-based position where you'll serve as the direct link to our customers. Your daily work will involve managing high-volume inbound and outbound interactions including calls, emails, and chat to provide accurate information and efficiently resolve customer issues. Your performance is key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, making an exceptional, professional service delivery your ultimate goal. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator comfortable in a fast-paced setting. You'll manage customer records, process orders, handle complaints, and own the customer experience from start to finish, escalating complex issues when necessary. If you thrive on meeting performance metrics (like call handling time and quality scores) and are committed to delivering exceptional service, you'll be a great fit. Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
  • Willing to work onsite in CDO
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • With or without BPO/CSR experience (training provided)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
