JOB CONTENT:

  1. Plans and organizes daily housekeeping activities, room assignments, and staff schedules.

  2. Supervises housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency quality, and adherence to hotel standards.

  3. Coordinates with the Immediate Supervisor to determine staffing needs based on occupancy forecasts.

  4. Assigns specific duties to Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants.

  5. Ensure timely and high-quality cleaning of guest rooms, public areas.

  6. Monitors inventory levels of linen, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies; ensures proper stock control.

  7. Maintains high standards of safety, security, and sanitation across all housekeeping activities.

  8. Oversees staff performance and provides regular feedback and support.

  9. Conducts on-the-job training and ensure compliance with cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

  10. Inspects vacant rooms daily to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

  11. Tracks and evaluates consumption of supplies to reduce waste and improve cost-efficiency.

  12. Prepares and maintains reports on room status, maintenance needs, and other housekeeping activities.

  13. Ensure proper care, use, and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment and tools.

  14. Implements and enforces safety and hygiene regulations during all cleaning operations.

  15. Responds promptly and courteously to guest request, concerns, or complaints related to housekeeping services.

  16. Ensures guest rooms and public areas consistently meet hotel quality standards.

  17. Contributes to high levels of guest satisfaction through attention to details and service excellence.

  18. Perform other duties as may be required by Management.
