  • Functions of the Housekeeping Service Leader
  • Issues keys and supplies to room attendants and public area attendants.
  • Receives Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants assignment from the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
  • Conducts daily briefing and gives special instructions.
  • Receives checkouts and associate them to room attendants.
  • Inspects checkouts before returning them ready for release / sale.
  • Receives special requests from guests and carries them out.
  • Inspects areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are standard and items for immediate repair are reported.
  • Conducts trouble report for room or item in need of repair and follow up to make sure work is completed satisfactorily.
  • Fills out report and gives found articles to Lost and Found Department.
  • Supervises cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairways.
  • Trains and assist room attendants, public areas attendant, advises Executive Housekeeper if work is not satisfactory.
  • Checks and orders supplies for floors.
  • Conduct inventory of all Housekeeping linens, supplies and equipment.
  • Reports suspicious persons or actions, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Outs. (Reports to Executive Housekeeper)
  • Assigns and gives instructions to turn down staff and evening staff.
  • Assists the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in day-to-day operation.
  • Revises work schedule depending on occupancy.
  • Prepares checklist for special projects and schedule them.
  • Inspects work to ensure correct standard of cleanliness and keeps records of extra work performed.
  • Investigates complaints and corrects them.
  • Recommends rooms, which should be placed on Out Of Order, Out Of Service status,
  • Coordinates with the Front Office to make certain rooms are available.
  • Checks the equipment and recommends repair and new purchases, if necessary.
  • Checks and order supplies for Mini Bar.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
