DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Clean and maintain building floors, walls, glass, and carpets by following proper cleaning procedures

  2. Assist staff in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of building and its amenities

  3. Collect all garbage, empty trash bins and replenish trash bin liner

  4. Replenish toiletries and maintain cleanliness of restrooms

  5. Reports to NextGen supervisor for Administrative and Operational instructions and concerns

  6. Help monitor the security and safety of the building

  7. Arrange and re-arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies for events and meetings

  8. Maintain the building's landscape, garden, and plants

  9. Responsible for requesting equipment and supplies required for the job

  10. Greet and welcome employees/visitors

  11. Participates in all activities related to Process, Safety and Quality Improvement.

  12. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

· At least High school graduate

· Knowledgeable in basic housekeeping tasks

· Knowledgeable in handling housekeeping equipment

· With work experience in housekeeping is an advantage
