About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Makati (Sports) Club, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Fulltime Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our state-of-the-art facilities, contributing to the exceptional experience of our valued members and guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate the housekeeping team to efficiently maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the club's premises
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned and inspected to the highest standards
  • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock is maintained
  • Train and supervise the housekeeping team, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance
  • Liaise with other departments to address any cleanliness or maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities within the housekeeping operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Proficient in the use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning products
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve processes
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
