About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at GOLDEN ARROWHEAD MANPOWER SERVICES INC.' in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage, train and develop a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
  2. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, schedules and checklists to maintain consistent service levels
  3. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, organisation and presentation standards are met
  4. Identify and address any issues or concerns, taking corrective action as needed
  5. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any guest requests or queries
  6. Monitor and report on department performance, making recommendations for improvements
  7. Manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as required
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address any issues that arise
  6. Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, schedules and industry best practices
