About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join the Housekeeping team at Polystar General Services' located in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our client facilities to the highest standards. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, lobbies, hallways, and other public areas to company standards
  2. Restocking and organising supplies in guest rooms and common areas
  3. Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  4. Ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests
  5. Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to complete daily tasks efficiently
  6. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a Housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or facilities management setting
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  3. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
  4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
  5. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
  6. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
