Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare, edit, and review documents, reports, presentations, and communications.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval of important documents.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership team meetings, and other executive-level gatherings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information from the CEO's office to concerned departments.
Project & Office Management
- Assist in monitoring ongoing projects, preparing status reports, and following up on action items.
- Support strategic initiatives and help track organizational goals.
- Manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
Financial & Reporting Support
- Assist with budget preparation, expense reports, reimbursements, and financial documentation as required.
- Coordinate with the accounting/finance team for approvals and document submissions.
Other Duties
- Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Perform other administrative or executive support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, with sound judgment and initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
