Job Summary
Entry-Level Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services. This role focuses on market research, content coordination, digital marketing support, and campaign performance tracking while developing foundational marketing management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, & Operations) to align marketing activities
- Help manage timelines, materials, and budgets for marketing initiatives
Digital & Content Marketing
- Support social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in creating and scheduling marketing content (posts, captions, basic creatives)
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, or external vendors
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Gather customer feedback and sales data for analysis
- Prepare simple reports on campaign performance and engagement metrics
Brand & Promotions
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Assist in organizing events, promos, launches, and partnerships
- Support merchandising and on-ground marketing activities
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Monitor marketing expenses and assist in budget tracking
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years marketing experience are welcome
