Your Key Responsibilities


• Plan and Strategize

Develop comprehensive marketing plans and manage end-to-end execution to achieve business goals.


• Develop and Execute Brand Strategies

Craft and implement marketing strategies — both online and offline — to meet sales targets while enhancing brand image and reach.


• Manage Overall Marketing Initiatives

Track and analyze marketing efforts across various channels. Create actionable plans and collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to achieve targets. Prepare and present reports in alignment with US requirements.


• Lead Brand Communications

Oversee consistent and effective communication across all marketing campaigns and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the brand's overall direction.


• Conduct Post-Evaluation of Marketing Activities

Evaluate the effectiveness of promos, events, and marketing activities in relation to business objectives, identifying key reasons for success or areas for improvement.


• Control Department Budget

Manage and optimize the department's budget, ensuring compliance with approved spending while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
