Nan Tian (NT) Group, Ltd. Inc. is the mother company of leading Asian food and beverage brands such as Lan Hot Pot, Tarsier Fried Food (TFF), Namsan Korean Barbecue, Golden Noodle House, Xiaolongkan Hot Pot, and more. With multiple restaurants and kiosks across Metro Manila.

A creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing operations of our restaurant brands. The role is responsible for managing digital campaigns, strengthening brand visibility, and driving customer growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads to maximize ROAS.
  • Manage GrabFood/Foodpanda promotions while ensuring profitability.
  • Track KPIs including sales growth, ad performance, and customer acquisition.

Brand Management

  • Lead marketing campaigns for new product launches and store openings.
  • Ensure consistent branding across social media, in-store collaterals, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with design agencies/suppliers for posters, menus, and marketing materials.

Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback for product improvement.
  • Monitor competitor brands (e.g., Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Samgyupsal chains) for pricing and promo strategies.

Reputation & PR Management

  • Oversee Google Reviews & customer engagement on social media.
  • Respond to feedback professionally and protect brand reputation.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations for promotions and events.
  • Provide monthly marketing reports (ROAS, reservations, sales impact).
  • Recommend innovative strategies for stronger brand awareness and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of team management or supervisory experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with GrabFood & Foodpanda promotions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Tagalog is an advantage).
  • Customer-focused with proven ability to drive brand growth.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Excel for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital advertising budgets of at least ₱500,000 monthly
  • Portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results (ROAS, engagement metrics)
  • Deep understanding of F&B industry trends, seasonal patterns, and customer dining behaviors preferred
