Integrated Marketing Associate

We are looking for a driven and creative Integrated Marketing Associate to craft and execute impactful campaigns across multiple marketing channels — including email drip campaigns, social media, paid ads, blogs, community engagement, and landing page optimization. This role blends strategy and creativity, requiring both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with our Paid Media and Creatives teams, as well as external content creators, to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives that connect with audiences and drive measurable results.

This is a contractual position. Government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) are not included, and you'll be in charge of processing your own taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Creation & Management

• Conceptualize, execute, and manage 
  email drip campaigns
   that nurture leads and increase engagement.
• Create and execute 
  blog content
   that supports brand messaging and SEO goals.
• Develop ad concepts and social media content to drive engagement, conversions, and community growth.
• Optimize product and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with Paid Media and Creatives teams to ensure campaign alignment in messaging and design.
• Collaborate with content creators to bring marketing concepts to life across various platforms.

Community Engagement & Brand Presence

• Actively engage with the community via comments, messages, and discussions.
• Monitor brand mentions, trends, and industry developments to foster relationships and strengthen brand presence.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Use analytics to identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to create engaging copy for various marketing channels.
• Strong communication skills, especially in working with US-based clients.
• Independent, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using AI tools for content and campaign creation.
• Can collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Familiarity with email marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Experience in conceptualizing campaigns or digital marketing in general.
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry, including industry trends and regulations.

Location

This role follows a hybrid setup, with required working hours on either 
12:00 PM–9:00 PM
 or 
5:00 PM–2:00 AM Philippine Time
. Our office is located in Pasay, and we're looking for someone flexible who can adapt to these schedules and occasional office visits.

For onsite days, especially for those on the night shift, we can also make arrangements—such as allowing the use of our sleeping quarters if you prefer to stay overnight instead of commuting late.
