Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our student enrollment and corporate training partnerships at our Aviation Academy. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new markets, and increasing revenue through student recruitment, corporate collaborations, and aviation-related training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and enrollment targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities including student enrollments, partnerships with airlines, MROs, and aviation-related organizations.
- Lead the B2C and B2B sales efforts for pilot training, cabin crew training, aviation management courses, and corporate aviation training programs.
- Build and manage a sales team (if applicable), providing training, support, and performance management.
- Maintain and grow relationships with aviation industry stakeholders, educational agents, and corporate clients.
- Represent the academy at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to admissions and business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in aviation, education, or training sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry and training landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
