The National Sales Manager supports the Senior National Sales Manager, Director of Sales and AVP-Sales in creating and developing a work environment where the National Sales Office is driven by its financial objectives with focus on establishing an aggressive Sales Culture, a strong Customer Service orientation and astute practice of Expense Management resulting in Financial Success while ensuring Leadership by example.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Proven work experience as National Sales Manager in the hotel industry
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
