SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
- Handle employee relations and assist with disciplinary procedures
- Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience required
- Bachelor's degree qualification required
- Essential hospitality industry experience required
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
- Coordinate internal communications on behalf of the GM
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Liaise with department heads and external stakeholders as needed
- Minimum 1-2 years of Executive Assistant experience required
