SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
  • Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
  • Handle employee relations and assist with disciplinary procedures
  • Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience required
  • Bachelor's degree qualification required
  • Essential hospitality industry experience required

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate internal communications on behalf of the GM
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Liaise with department heads and external stakeholders as needed
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Executive Assistant experience required
