KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing:

  • Manage digital assets (FB, IG, YT, Tiktok)
  • Programs and campaigns (social media marketing, online paid ads & Website content)
  • Community engagement
  • Content and editorials
  • Assist in planning and management of events and speaking engagements.
  • Help draft scripts and speeches.
  • Develop and implement effective digital PR strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influential individuals in digital media - online journalists, influencers, bloggers, etc.
  • Monitor the company's digital pulse and metrics.
  • Monitor key industry players to adopt best practices in digital communications and publicity campaigns.
  • Be up to date with the latest digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, coordinators, and partners for events and marketing initiatives.
  • Support other team members when needed.

Operations Support:

  • Assist the operations team in lead generation, prospecting, and maintaining customer relationships via targeted posting.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Provide insights from customer interactions to help refine marketing messages and target audience segmentation.
  • Communicate with different departments on various milestones that can be used for the company's profiling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
